| Description An easement is required for the installation of water and sewer infrastructure from New Hampstead to Savannah Manufacturing Center. This is a three-way agreement between SMP-21 LLC, SEDA and the City of Savannah. The easement will originate with SEDA, who will be responsible for completing the expansion of the water and sewer infrastructure. Upon completion SEDA will subsequently transfer the easement to the City of Savannah along with acceptance and transfer of the infrastructure to Savannah. | |
