| Description Recommend approval to procure East Bay Street stair repairs from E & D Contracting Services, Inc. (Local, DBE-Owned Buisiness) in the amount of $65,540. The project will be for the repairs of the Factors Walk Wall stairwell near 316 East Bay Street in Emmet Park. The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing the existing stairs and platform with a new steel stairwell and platform, construction of a new foundation and installation of bollards to protect the new structure. The stairs at this location are currently closed due to safety concerns.
