| Description Due to a change in company structure, the FedEx Cargo Facility will be redesigned to encompass approximately 64,000 square-feet for parcel and package sorting, storage and distribution warehouse space, customer service area, and offices. The Multi-Tenant Cargo Facility will remain as is. The fee also includes redesign of the parking lot to accommodate approximately 191 employees and 53 visitors between the two facilities.
