| Description This contract is for water and sewer manhole adjustment services from SamJay Services in an amount not to exceed $125,000. This service will be used to lower and raise water valve manholes, boxes, and sanitary sewer manholes in Victory Drive pavement between Ogeechee Road and Downing Avenue. This project is necessary to comply with GDOT roadway resurfacing requirements. GDOT requires utility owners to lower manholes/valve boxes prior to pavement milling, then raise manholes/valves boxes and restore surrounding pavement after new asphalt has been placed. The City is piggybacking off a Chatham County contract for Water System Repairs (contract no. 22-0101-6).
