This agreement allows for a consideration of a five (5) year contract with options to renew on an annual basis.  The annual rate increase must not increase more than 3% annually.   Comfort System’s USA has proposed to provide a comprehensive service and maintenance program on (3) SAC owned 775 ton York YT Water Cooled, Low Pressure Centrifugal Chillers.  Comfort System’s USA provides nationwide service from over 142 locations in 116 cities and has annual revenues of $2.6 billion. The basis of award was determined by evaluation of the following criteria and weight:

• Proposer’s qualifications and experience, including support capabilities (45 points)
• Technical Capabilities (25 points)
• Fees (15 points)
• References (10 points)
• Local vendor (within the city limits of Savannah and has a City of Savannah Business Tax Certificate) participation (5 points)
