Cobblestone AC LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Cobblestone Subdivision, a development consisting of 142 Single Family Homes and Clubhouse in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 143 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $915,200 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as ech house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
