| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 2 for the Sylvan Terrace Park Walking Trail project to Savannah Construction and Preservation in the amount of $40,610.71. The original contract was for the installation of a walking trail and park in Sylvan Terrace in District 5. This modification is for the installation of a rubberized track over the newly installed walking trail in Sylvan Terrace Park. This addition was not in the original scope of work. The contract was originally approved by Council on February 16, 2017 in the amount of $36,144.20. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $89,277.71. | |
