| Description Waters at Gateway, LP has requested a water and sewer agreement for Waters at Gateway. This 274-unit apartment complex for workforce housing is located off Interstate 95 on Westgate Boulevard and Martin Court. It includes 12 apartment buildings, leasing office, laundry building, pool with pool house, dog run and playground. The developer is over-sizing the City's water line through a cost-share agreement with the City to accommodate future growth in the area. | |
