| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for asphaltic concrete with Preferred Materials, Inc. in the amount of $62,600.00. This contract will be used for patching pot holes, utility cuts, overlay low patches, tree root repair, and minor street paving throughout the City. This is the second of three renewal options available. This contract was originally approved by Council on August 4, 2016. The contract term will be from October 25, 2018 through October 24, 2019. | |
