| Description During the October 8 meeting, the Mayor announced the City Council's consensus that former City Manager Michael Brown will be appointed City Manager, effective November 3, 2020. His agreement follows the same compensation as the retiring City Manager, Patrick Monahan, except Mr. Brown will be provided a car allowance. The agreement is attached. | |
