Plant Riverside has requested an non-exclusive easement for the West River Street River Walk. The easement would allow temporary carts for retail services but would not interfere with other concurrent public use or pedestrian access along the River Walk. Carts would be subject to City vendor licensing requirements and payment of fees the same as required in other locations. The easement would be similar to uses allowed at City Market.  The City Attorney's Office has reviewed the easement for legal form.
