| Description Recommend approval to renew annual agreement for maintenance and support for Fleet inventory software with AssetWorks in the amount of $52,994.07. This maintenance and support agreement is necessary for the Fleet Department to maintain operations and track expenses of the City’s fleet. The software maintains Fleet inventory of vehicles, parts, routine and emergency maintenance of City assets. This helps extend the life of the vehicle through maintenance schedules and documentation of services and usage. Without this software, Fleet loses historical data, records, inventory information and critical safety documentation to continue to operate safely and efficiently. This is a sole source agreement because the department currently uses the software program and AssetWorks is the only vendor that can provide maintenance and support to its software. | |
