Metro Savannah Baptist Church, Inc has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Eleemosynary, a 3,815 sq. ft. church education building located at 1012 East 36^th Street. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 1.057 equivalent resident unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
