| Description Savannah IL-AL Investors, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Crossings at Savannah, an apartment complex with 154 apartments and 35 nursing home beds at 9136 Old Montgomery Road. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 97.27 water and 70.25 sewer equivalent resident unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
