Recommend approval of Amendment No. 2 to Woolpert Inc. in the amount of $16,876.00.

The original contract was for the implementation, integration, and configuration of the City Works system. This software system was needed to ensure the City’s compliance with the State Environmental Protection Division requirements related to asset and system management.

This amendment is for additional services to support the existing City 311 integration during the upcoming upgrade of the City Works software and to assure the upgrade and all City systems will function and operate in accurate synchronization. These services will be completed in three phases: Project planning, system testing and support, and system deployment.

This contract was approved by Council on March 21, 2013 in the amount of $384,091.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this amendment, is $539,722.00.
