| Description Drayton-Parker Companies, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Parker‘s Convenience Store – Mega Site. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 11.11 (water) & 5.60 (sewer) equivalent residential unit development on Dean Forest Road. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
