Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract with E&D Contracting Services for Riverwalk Wharf Repairs in the amount of $180,000. This contract will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management to make repairs to the Riverwalk. Over time deterioration has occurred along the wharf in Rousakis Plaza, however, the structural capacity of the wharf does not yet appear to have been compromised by the deterioration. This project will repair areas and provide preventative maintenance. The project consists of different types of crack and spall repairs along the structure.

The low bidder withdrew their bid. In order to bring the project into budget, the second low bidder agreed to do the project at a cap of $180,000. The project is a unit price contract based on the type of repair that is needed.
