| Description Recommend approval to procure the painting of a bicycle lane for Lincoln Street from Angco, Inc in the amount of $221,235.00. This will be used by the Mobility and Parking Services Department to repaint the bicycle lane along Lincoln Street from Victory Drive to Liberty Street. The bicycle lane will remain on the left side of the street and will be painted green, based on feedback received from the public on test sections painted on the bicycle lane earlier this year. There will be a marked barrier between the bicycle lane and the vehicular travel lane. | |
