| Description Recommend approval to award an annual maintenance agreement for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System to Emerson Process Management in the amount of $85,498.10. The annual maintenance agreement will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to provide hardware repair, software updates, technical support and other repair services associated with the SCADA network. This is a sole source because Emerson Process Management is the original provider of this software and is the only vendor that provides these services. S.S.
