| Description Baldwin and Associates successfully recruited three senior staff additions over the course of this year. The agreement with Baldwin and Associates covers one recruitment per year. Baldwin agreed to apply the 2020 retainer to the first recruitment which brought in the new Airport Engineer. The Director of Planning and Facilities recruitment will be covered by June 2021 retainer. The Director of Operation recruitment will be assessed at the SBA’s Executive Recruitment Commission rate of 33% base salary plus signing bonus. This equates to $41,250. | |
