| Description Thomas Industrial Coatings, Inc. will perform repairs to the inner coatings of tanks 1 and 3 as noted during the annual fuel tank inspection. The fuel tanks are over 20 years old, and the recoating process prevents corrosion, keeping the fuel clean and extending the tanks' life. The project also consists of cleaning, repairing, priming, and recoating the inner tanks' epoxy finish. This is a 2021 budgeted item.
