| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for utility access rings and covers to Ferguson Facility Supply dba/Ferguson Enterprises(Local) in the amount of $187,097. The utility access rings and covers will be utilized by the Water Distribution, Sewer Conveyance, and Storm Water divisions to keep sanitary sewer collection systems free of extraneous inflow and infiltration by preventing rainwater from entering the system. This will help reduce overflows and the amount of wastewater pumped to the Water Reclamation facilities. In addition, Water Distribution replaces utility access rings and covers to keep existing equipment free of defects for safe pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The rings and covers are maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse. This bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract will include two renewal options. Delivery: As needed.
