Notification of an emergency procurement of flooring and installation services from Dixie Contract Carpeting in the amount of $32,803.48. The services are being used to replace the flooring in the two new police substations, located at 11 Gateway Boulevard and 1150 Armstead Avenue. This is an emergency purchase because the flooring at these locations is in need of immediate replacement to ensure that the police precincts can be opened to police and the public once the Savannah Police Department is operational in early 2018.
