| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 to Southeastern Site Development in a reduced amount of $17,224.58. The original contract was to provide the replacement of two bridges on the Bacon Park Golf Course that were damaged during Hurricane Matthew. During construction, it was determined the quantities of concrete needed were less than originally planned. The bridges were replaced with a new steel beam structure with a wood surface. The original contract was approved by Council on January 4, 2018 in the amount of $605,206.95. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $587,982.37. | |
