| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement from CNP Technologies in the amount of $62,787.00. The ShoreTel phone system is used as the primary solution for voice communication for the City of Savannah and its offices. This agreement provides maintenance and support for 1,250 phones, 64 site switches, five servers, and one web portal for call data for call handling. The ShoreTel system utilizes voice over internet protocol technology to provide cost-efficient voice services. This agreement will provide annual maintenance and on-going support for the ShoreTel phone system. Equipment purchases, phone switches, and phone sets are also included in the agreement. This is a sole source as CNP Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer. It is critical to have support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if it is necessary. The annual maintenance agreement will be effective from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
