Petition of Amira Brown, which was filed on April 16, 2019 (File #19-002401-ZA) for the listed property owners of approximately 1.43 acres to rezone from RSF-6 (Residential Single-family) Zoning District to OI (Office Institutional) Zoning District.  On October 8, 2019, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the request to rezone the subject property from RSF-6 to OI.
