| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute the renewal of an annual contract with Polydyne, Inc. for polymer in the amount of $62,000. The polymer is used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to coagulate raw water and to dewater sludge. While notifications were originally sent to all known suppliers, only one bid was received. This is the final renewal options available. Council originally approved this contract on November 12, 2015 in the amount of $61,976. The contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
