| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute the renewal of an annual contract with Family Lawn Care, Inc. for grounds maintenance at various locations and mulching in the estimated amount of $25,360. These services will be used by the Greenscapes Division to provide ground maintenance and mulching services for Hutchinson Island, several parks, and other various locations. This contract will provide professional, resort quality level grounds maintenance services for Wayne Shackleford Boulevard, Bryan Square, Tomochichi Square, Mary Musgrove Park, and a proposed future park space located in the Reserve Neighborhood. This project was identified as an SBE project. This is being recommended for award to the lowest, responsive SBE bidder. his is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
