| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute the first renewal of an annual contract with Whitaker Laboratory (primary) and Terracon Consultants, Inc. (secondary) for construction testing in the amount not to exceed $463,506. This contract will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management and various City Departments. This contract will cover six areas of testing, which include but not limited to, soils testing, pavement testing, structural concrete, industrial hygiene, environmental testing, and special inspections. The contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
