Recommend approval to authorize the Savannah Airport Commission to execute Task Order No. 2 of a Professional Services Agreement with Pond & Company in the amount of $178,287.27. Task Order No. 2 is to define the program requirements for the development of a new Air Cargo Facility located on the current Airport Master Plan for the Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport. This concept study will provide plans to meet the demands of both current and future Air Cargo Operations at the airport. The refined program requirements, conceptual site plan, conceptual floor plans, and construction cost estimate will be developed through field investigations, extensive interviews with Stakeholders, and planning and preliminary design meetings. Task Order No. 2 only encompasses preliminary program requirements and is not the Task Order associated with the actual design phase of this project. This Task Order will be executed under the terms and conditions established in the Contract Agreement for Professional Services dated May 1, 2019.
