| Description Petitioner Whit Tripplett, d/b/a 601 East River Street, LLC is requesting to encroach into City Right-of-Way with two foundation columns by 8 feet and 4.2 feet and two building overhangs of 1 foot and 2.5 feet. The proposed encroachment requests do require and have received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Metropolitan Planning Commission. The petition has also been reviewed by Development Services, Public Works and Water Resources, Greenscapes, Planning & Urban Design, and Real Estate Services. | |
