Wilmington Island Partners, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Police Camp, a development consisting of (2) 2-bedroom apartments and pavilion. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 5.82 equivalent residential unit development located at 604 Wilmington Island Road. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
