| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for ArcGIS with Environmental Systems Research Information Group (ESRI, Inc.) in the amount of $33,900.00. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) will use this maintenance agreement to provide support for ArcGIS, a comprehensive system that allows people to collect, organize, manage, analyze, communicate, and distribute geographical information. The DoIT can use this geographical information to find the best location for businesses, plan for smarter communities, and prepare and respond faster in crucial situations. This is a sole source contract because this vendor is the only known supplier of this service and is the current vendor maintaining the system. This project was not identified as an SBE project because this is a sole source procurement. The contract term shall be from June 20, 2019 through June 19, 2020. | |
