Description

Recommend approval to award an annual contract for scrap tire disposal to Press W.T.H. in the estimated amount of $31,996.00.  This contract will be used by the Sanitation Department to remove tires collected from City residents, departments, and tires illegally dumped on City right of way.

This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released.

The contract term shall be from May 9, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
