| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for construction testing from Whitaker Laboratory (primary) and Terracon Consultants, Inc. (secondary) in the amount not to exceed $463,506.00. This contract will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management and various City Departments, Divisions, and Units. This contract will cover six areas of testing, which include but not limited to, soils testing, pavement testing, structural concrete, industrial hygiene, environmental testing, and special inspections. No DBE goal was identified due to the absence of subcontracting opportunities. The contract term shall be from May 9 through December 31, 2019. | |
