| Description Recommend approval to procure 1,872 residential refuse carts from Wastequip, LLC in the amount of $89,444.16. The Residential Refuse Division will use this contract to issue carts to new city residents and to replace existing carts that have reached their end of life. This procurement was made through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement formally known as NJPA. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. The contract was competitively bid by NJPA and awarded to Wastequip, LLC. The contract expires on July 7, 2021. | |
