| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for pressure washing services to SamJay Services, Inc. (primary) and Wright Way Pressure Washing (secondary) for up to $30,000. The Facilities Maintenance and Operations Division will use the pressure washing services to keep the City of Savannah buildings, sidewalks, signage, etc. clean and presentable. The contract will include all equipment, cleaning supplies and labor. The contract term expires on December 31, 2020. This contract also includes three annual renewal options. | |
