| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for GIS mapping software with Esri, Inc. in the amount of $33,970.96. The Department of Information Technology will use this renewal to provide maintenance for ArcGIS, a comprehensive system that allows people to collect, organize, manage, analyze, communicate, and distribute geographical information. This geographical information can be used to find the best location for businesses, plan for smarter communities, and prepare and respond faster to emergencies. This is a sole source because the vendor is the only known supplier of this service and is the only vendor that can perform maintenance for the system. | |
