Description

This is a petition of Bridget Lidy on behalf of the Mayor and Aldermen to rezone 650 feet of the frontage portion of 400 and 450 Fort Argyle Road (PIN 21034 01058 and 21034 01059) from BC (Community Business) to I-L (Light Industrial). In July 2019 when NewZO was approved, the zoning map was updated.  At this time, portions of the properties were downzoned from BG (General Business) to BC (Community Business).  This is significant because BG permitted warehousing and other activities are not permitted. The appropriate zoning is I-L.  With this revision with NewZO, the parcel has been changed to a preexisting non-conforming use. (File No. 20-001807-ZA).
