Motion to Renew Annual Contract for Hand Tools with Millworks and Supply, Inc. (Event No. 3973)
Recommend approval to renew an annual contract to procure tools with Millworks & Supply, Inc. in the amount of $43,887.54. The hand tools, including wrenches, hammers and screwdrivers, are stocked at the Central Warehouse and are distributed for use to various City departments.
Bids were originally received on March 8, 2016 and approved by Council on April 28, 2016. This is the first of three available renewal periods. The contract term will be from May 25, 2017 through May 24, 2018.
