The Leisure Services Bureau is seeking to enter into a lease amendment with Fans First Entertainment (Savannah Bananas) to construct a VIP building in Historic Grayson Stadium.

The VIP building will be used to host businesses and organizations attending Bananas games. During the off-season, September through May, the building may be utilized for other Fans First Entertainment activities or by the City of Savannah, which owns Grayson Stadium.

The amendment calls for Fans First Entertainment to construct the building with a $125,000 contribution from the City of Savannah. The total cost for the construction exceeds $300,000.00, the balance of which will be paid by Fans First Entertainment. The building will be City of Savannah property and will be managed as per the original lease entered into with Fans First Entertainment on September 1, 2015.
