This Memorandum of Understanding with the 165th Airlift Wing of the Georgia Air National Guard establishes procedures with the Savannah Police Department concerning the exchange of information, case investigation, and coordination of assets. The agreement establishes that Savannah Police will conduct investigations of criminal matters occurring on the base, including Air National Guard members and civilian personnel. This agreement was in place with the former Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department.
