During the fiscal year, supplemental budget adjustments are necessary to maintain the adopted legal level of control set forth in the Budget Ordinance.  This adjustment will move funding between existing capital projects only in order to:

1) account for varying costs realized through work completed toward the City's Capital Improvement Program 

2) provide funding for immediate needs

3) align capital investments with strategies, initiatives, and Council priorities.

The Fiscal Year 2018 Budget was approved by City Council on December 21, 2017.  This fourth CIP Amendment for 2018 will align funding to complete ongoing CIP projects.
