Rolls Royce North America, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Project Mohawk, a facility for the repair and assembly of airplane components. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 14.07 water and 3.30 sewer equivalent resident unit development located at 421 Davidson Drive. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
