Bradley Lot Developers, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Bradley Point Phase 12, a development consisting of 44 single family homes in the Gateway Service Area off Bradley Boulevard. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 44 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection Fee totaling $155,540.00, which is based on the proposed water consumption, shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
