Randolph Street Development, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Trustees Garden Campus Phase I. The developer will extend water and sewer lines to service this development, with maintenance and operations of this infrastructure later maintained by the City of Savannah. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 14.45-equivalent residential unit development off East Broughton Street. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
