Motion to Approve Water and Sewer Agreeement for Cap Barbell
Northpoint Industrial IX, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Cap Barbell. The developer will extend water and sewer lines to service this development, with maintenance and operations of this infrastructure later maintained by the City of Savannah. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 2.88 equivalent residential unit development off Dean Forest Road. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
