T-Mobile has expressed interest in placing antennas on the State Street and Liberty Street garages to enhance delivery of cellular communications services in the downtown area. They have requested the opportunity to conduct tests at the garage locations to determine feasibility. If tests results are acceptable, staff will explore further and potentially negotiate a form of user agreement with T-Mobile for review and approval by the Mayor and Aldermen.
