Recommend approval of an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Savannah and Chatham County for the lease of a City-owned facility at 2203 Abercorn Street for use as the Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC). The City will lease facility to the County at a nominal rate of $1 per year as a part of the City’s contribution to the MARC program.
