| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for SCMPD uniforms with JDX (formerly Patrick's Uniforms) in the amount of $748,859.30, and with Smyrna Police Distributors, Inc. in the amount of $21,296.00, for a total contract amount of $770,155.30. Both vendors are being awarded a partial amount as one item bid by JDX did not meet specifications and was awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. These items will be used by the Savannah Police Department to outfit officers and maintain quartermaster storeroom inventory. This is the first of four renewal options available. The contract term will be from March 29, 2018 through March 28, 2019. | |
